Can I still qualify for help with Act6 notice
Hi TimNes!
Welcome to forums!
As far as I know, you will be able to get help from the lender after you have received the Act 6 notice. You should immediately contact the lender and check out the options you have. Check if the lender is offering you a loan modification or forbearance. If you do not get these options, you can then try for either a short sale or a deed in lieu foreclosure.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
