we have a house in the south, moved to the north for two years now, if i foreclose the house in the south, the house here in the north, will it be affected
Hi Guest!
Welcome to forums!
There are chances that the house located in north can get affected if you don't pay the deficient balance resulting from the sale of the property to the lender. However, in order to place a lien on the property located in north, the lender will have to file a lawsuit in that state and get a judgment against you.
