foresclosure

can my husband foreclose on the home we are living in without it affecting both of our creit reports (I am only on the deed) and without them coming after our other home which is in my name?
Hello and welcome to the forum. If you're name is not on the note, then your credit won't be affected. If the lender forecloses, they won't care who's name is on the property. The property secures the note and they can still foreclose and take the property. If the other property is just under your name and the payments are being made, then I think you should be ok from any deficiency. I think you should consult with an attorney to make sure in your specific situation.
