Do I need a attorney to go through A foreclosure or does the bank just eventually foreclose you and thats it your done so you can start the 7 year journey?
Hi jamiec,
You will only require an attorney if you want to dispute the foreclosure process. In order to accept the foreclosure docs you won't need any attorney on your behalf.if foreclosure is completed it automatically starts the 7 year journey.
Feel free to ask any further query if you have.
