It's been 2 years since we moved out of the property and sent the keys back to CW with a 'it's all yours now' letter after CW initiated the foreclosure process.
For a while we were getting statements from BofA but that stopped quite a while ago.
The property is still in our name, and BofA don't seem to want to do anything or respond to any of my inquiries or letters.
Any ideas on how to get them to finish the process??
Thanks for your help!

Welcome chuckbryan,
You should contact your lender and ask him to complete the foreclosure process asap. Unless he forecloses the property, you won't be able to get rid of it and thus, you would remain liable for the maintenance of the property.
