hi i was recently discharge from chapter 7 bankruptcy. i did not reaffirm my house. just got notice from bank they are in the foreclosing process. its been 6 month. how long does it usually take before they completely sell our home. do they send us a notice to evict us? do we have to pay taxes on property?

It will take quite sometime to complete the foreclosure process. You can contact your lender and ask him to speed up the process. Once the foreclosure sale is over, you will get a 3 day notice. You'll have to leave the property within that time period.
