the lender just filed a notice of foreclosure with the land court. the property is commercial and is under an llc. can I contest it in land court? further the loan is usurious and they were trying to foreclose without a court order.
Hi hotchillywilly!
Welcome to forums!
Though the property is under an LLC, you can contest it. I hope the loan has been taken out under your name. If that is the case, you can contest the case and reply to the foreclosure notice if the lender sends you one.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

how do I go about it, because he send me something called the sailors and relief notice. do I just contest it with an injuctive motion. do I have to file an appearance as a pro-se before that
