I purchased my home on a 80 20 loan. I cannot afford my payments its going into foreclosure. I received a letter from my lenders attorney on the 80 loan they said i do not qualify for the Deed in Lieu program due to the second lender but i do qualify for the Consent to Judgment program. What exacly does that mean?
Hi Guest,
I haven't heard about the consent to judgment program prior to this. I would suggest you to contact the lender and ask them to explain it and get the whole matter clarified. If you feel that the judgment program is beneficial for you, then you should give your consent to it.
