The house I used to live in was my brothers and I was added on the deed. His name is the only name on the mortgage. I moved out more then a year ago and I received recently papers of foreclosure proceedings with a July 2nd date that says "foreclosure & sale". My question is if my credit will be affected although I am still on the deed. Also my sister got involved in this mess more then 1yr and 2 months ago and took possession of handling my brother's businesses through her company that is no longer in business.

Since your name is not on the loan, your credit report and score will nto be affected.
Good luck and feel free to ask

Yes that is correct Realgeni. It will not affect his fico score nor his credit report.
Hi cynthiagallegos,
Your name may appear on the foreclosure papers as you are listed on the title. But this will not affect your credit, unless you are on the mortgage. If the foreclosure shows on your credit, you must dispute it, because you are neither responsible for the loan nor for the foreclosure.
