can you do a deed in lieu in the state of mn if you have already received the legal forclosure or default paper?
Hi Guest,
Though it's late, yet you can apply for a deed in lieu of foreclosure in order to save your property from foreclosure. However, it would be the discretion of the lender whether or not he would consider your request.
Thanks
