J am trying to get rid of my timeshare.
Is it possible to use "deed in leiu of" to give it back to the time share company?

As far as I know, a deed in lieu foreclosure is possible in case of a timeshare. You should speak to them and tell them that you will be opting for a deed in lieu. However it is totally the discretion of the timeshare company whether they will accept it or not.
