Hello there... my mother and her cousin own a piece of land and there is a driveway through the middle of the land. The cousin's property is in foreclosure. What are the rules for keeping the new people from the driveway? The driveway is not attached to the foreclosure property. What can be done?
This can be termed as the right-of-way easement. There can be hardly anything that can be done in this regard. Nevertheless, you can still contact an attorney and take his opinion in this regard.
Hi Yanaa,
I agree with Niicss. The situation is such that you can hardly do anything. You may contact an attorney but you should be ready to hear "nothing can be done".
