hi i live in NH and my house is up for auction how long before i need to move out. do you know the laws in my state could i loose all my belongings?
Well its all depend on your age and financial situation a court may declare you legal of age to leave you home. For example, if you are 15 yrs of age and have self financial support, how ever the court might assign a social worker to give the court a detail report for period of one year before declaring you legally emancipated.

Welcome harleygalhere,

After the foreclosure sale is over, you will receive an eviction notice from your lender. This notice will mention the time period within which you will have to leave the property. Within that period of time, you can remove your property from the house.
