Hello,
My home has been foreclosed, and I recently received a "Final Order Of Ratification" from the Circuit court in Maryland. How long do I have before I receive an eviction notice? Also, once I receive the eviction notice, how long will I have to move out?
Thanks

Hi Huyen,
You will have to leave the property within 5 days. If you want some extra time to leave the property, then you'll have to request the lender regarding that. It'll be the lender's discretion whether or not he will give you some extra time.
Thanks

If someone died , and they had someone live with them and not paying anything How long does it take to evict them and they were not the home owner?
Hi Dee!
Welcome to forums!
If the person is not the homeowner, then the original homeowner can send him/her an eviction notice and ask the person to move out of the property within a given period of time.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
