I try everythign now I pay three lawyers they didn't help....I went yesturday to cout the judged said to for a lawyer we have one but I thing she is not interest in helping us please I need an advise

If you want to save the property, then you should directly contact the lender and apply for a loan modification. In case the lender does not accept your request, then you'll have to sell off the property and pay off the mortgage dues. In that case, you should contact the lender and apply for a deed in lieu of foreclosure. This will help you in selling off the property and you won't be liable for paying any deficient amount to the lender.
