Hi KCARPENTER!

Welcome to forums!

As far as I know, if a property is foreclosed and if you are unable to pay off the deficient amount, then the lender may garnish your wages. However, the lender will not be able to place a lien on your vehicle.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

IF MY HOUSE GOES INTO FORECLOSER IN CALIFORNIA, AND THE BANK SELLS IT FOR LESS. DO I HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENT

Hi

It's upto the lender whether they would come after you for the deficient amount. In a normal foreclosure, the lender usually sues the borrower for the non-payment of the deficient amount. But ther are exeptions as well.

Hi
My house when into floreclosers several week ago. My question is will I have to pay any taxes payment on the property

if you are referring to property taxes, my answer is "no." since you are about to lose the home, there's no sense in forking out more money now.
