i deeded my property to a company who was suppose to maintain and make payments until the debts were paid off or sold. well they have not, know i have a notice of foreclosure. how can i legally get the property back. the company refuses to communciate with me. i need some advise.
Hi marsha!

Welcome to forums!

You shouldn't have transferred the property to the company. Maybe the company is a scam and thus, they did pay off your dues. If the property is foreclosed upon, your credit would be badly hurt. I would suggest you to contact a real estate attorney and take legal steps against the company. The attorney would be the right person to let you know what steps you need to take in order to get back the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
