i have a forclosure in 2008, due to my disability. I am a 100% disabled veteran and I have my certificate of eligibility. I will like to know if I can get a mortgage right now, my foreclosure is due to medical and the unfairness of homeq.
Hi info,
I don't think you will get a VA mortgage immediately after 1 year of foreclosure. You will have to wait for 3-4 years to get a loan. You can try to improve your credit within this period of time and then apply for a loan.
Thanks

Mortgage lenders reclaim the property. A foreclosure reduces your credit rating and will make it difficult to obtain a future mortgage.
But You can get loan but you need to go through :
-You Improve Your Credit History.
-You have Money for a Down Payment.
Thanks
