Thank you in advance for your advice. I bought an apartment two years ago trough a Real State Agent, I never occupied the apartment, and I could not get somebody to rent it. I put it for sale and I could not sale it either. And I do not have the money to pay the loan. I live overseas and I was denied the visa to come to this country. I received I court order to respond for this situation and I do not know what to do. I tried to give the apartment back to the lender. The did not pay much attention. Please I need some orientation on this matter.

Thank again,
Claudia
claudia, you've had no luck for 2 years. are you trying to salvage this property? it would seem rather useless to do so, given your visa difficulty and your inability to make payments.
i suppose you could respond to the court order by telling them just what you've told us, but if it were me, i think i'd just let the property go. you don't seem to have any motivation to fight for it, nor the ability to do so, for that matter.
