:? hi i was the succesfull bidder on a foreclosed home, and it took two months for the judge to rule on this in my favor i payed for it in full that day. now there is no one living there and they still have some of there personal belongings there, now that i own this property do i have to give them anything since this forecloser process has been going on for many months, they had plenty of time to get this stuff out thanks
Hi Guest,

You can give them a formal notice mentioning that if they don't remove their belongings within a certain period of time, you will through away the items. I hope this will help you.

Thanks

Hello Guest,

It is likely the house is upside down and the owner is looking to make a quick sale. A reliable realtor will be able to negotiate the purchase of a foreclosed home at a good price.
