can you foreclose on a mortgage when homeowners insurance has not been maintained on someone who has been called to active duty
Hi sepbuilders!
Welcome to forums!
If the lender does not receive his dues on time, then he will be able to foreclose the property. The foreclosure will have a negative affect on the borrower's credit report and he will also have to pay off the homeowner's insurance.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
