Hi orozcofamjr!
You should immediately contact the landlord and ask him about the situation. It is your right to know. In case he replies in positive, you will have to start searching for a new home.
Thanks.

hi orozcofamjr!
you should first contact your landlord. ask him if the house will go into foreclosure. may be the landlord has agreed for a loan repayment plan with the loss mitigation department of the lender.
thanks.
