Recently I talked to this person, by the way I have 5 properties which right now are in the process of forclosure so this person told me that there is a way to save my properties and the way is that she will stop the forclosure by putting a lien on the property claiming that the lender can not sell or forclosure a property without my signature on the Deed. Is this true or it is another scum. Please help as soon as possible.
not sure if it is "scum" but it sure is ridiculous.
your signature presumably exists on a mortgage (a deed) and already provides for relief on the part of the lender (foreclosure).
there are way too many "this persons" out there; people who are ready to pounce on the unknowledgeable, the ignorant, the gullible.
please, everyone: be careful whose advice you take. be careful from whom you seek advice in the first place. keep your own affairs quiet as much as possible and seek advice from legitimate sources. i know it's not easy to separate the legitimate from the illegitimate, but this old adage is ALWAYS TRUE: "if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is too good to be true."
