9months ago after the birth of my 2 baby i went into heart failure since that time my heart has weaken 20% and i have had thyroid cancer. i take 10 pills daily. i have doctor appoinments weekly and my copay is 45.00 per doctor. My husband used to work 3 jobs now he is only able to work 1. He brings home 2,000 our home payment is 770.we bought our home 3 years ago and had never gone in the attic but we started to have water leakes when we look we noticed a larger hole that turbin used to be. also we can't open the back door because the foundation is so bad. we don't have the money to meet our needs because paying doctors. we had medical bills go on our cerdit. we haven't not miss a house payment but we don't how we can keep living like this either

Though you let the property go into foreclosure, you will be liable for the deficient balance resulting from the property sale. If you are able to pay off the deficient balance or if your lender forgives the balance dues, you can let the property go into foreclosure.
