I am 90 days past due ($1200) on a rental property and property has just entered foreclosure (approx. 2wks), and I have found someone to rent the property. Can I negiotate a payment plan with Citimortgage to get out of forclosure and keep property? Should I make payments so I don't fall further behind? What are the legal fees and additional cost tacked on to the past due amount in foreclosure? Can you recover from foreclosure to buy another home?
