My husband id dead, died of ALS. I do not have a job and am suffering from depression and anxiety. I do not have enough money to stay in my house and I am going to kill myelf

Please do not do so... Death is not a solution to anything.
You should consult a doctor and try to fight the depression. Then you should contact your lender and try to look out for any mortgage relief options.

Yes, I agree with what Jameshogg has said. You should not even think of killing yourself. Since you are suffering from depression and anxiety, you should visit a doctor as soon as possible. Regarding your house payments, talk to your lender and explain him about the problems you are facing at this point of time after your husband's death. He may be able to help you out in this situation.
If dying would have solved all problems of life, there wouldn't have been anyone left alive. First of all, meet a doc and then take a step to negotiate with your lender so that he can help you with reduced monthly payments and extended time period.
