i had a forecloser in 202 we have ask the morgage company to remoev the judgeemnt we have been preaproved fore a hud loan its anew program that just stared and only one outher person has completed besdies us hud said the foreclser had to be off the morgae compnay wnate dto know how long id be disabled and if it wouldbe fore 3 years plus a dr statmnet what taht have to do withem removing the judgemnt

Any negative item will stay in your credit report for 7 years. You won't be able to remove it before that. As far as getting the loan is concerned, you will be able to get it after 3-4 years of a foreclosure. As 7 years have already passed since your property was foreclosed, you can contact the credit bureaus and request them to remove it from your report.
