I have a mortgage in my name but my wife is on title. The foreclosure has my wife named is this legal?
Hi
Your wife's name can appear on the foreclosure summons as she is on the title. But it should not affect her credit score, nor should the foreclosure show on her credit report. If it appears on her credit, it should be disputed because she is personally not responsible for the loan in any way.

This should nto show up on her credit report and should nto ahve any impact on her score, since she is not on the loan
Good luck and feel free to ask

The foreclosure has your wife named because she is an owner of the property. The notice is essentially saying that there is a foreclosure happening and she is a title holder. The foreclosure impacts her because she will also lose the property regardless as to whether she is on the mortgage.
