hi gilllian,
welcome to the forum.
to transfer the property to your daughter's name you can use a quit claim deed or a grant deed. contact an attorney and he will prepare the deed for you.
to know more about quitclaim deed you can check this article at - http://www.mortgagefit.com/quitclaim-deed.html

Hello Gillian,
You may use a quit claim deed to transfer the title of the property to your daughter's name. I think that's the easiest way to transfer ownership. But remember to notarize and record the deed at the County Recorder's Office in order to make that valid.

I would suggest contacting a local title company. If the property is free and clear than this will be an easy transaction. You can just quit claim the property to her. Most title companies charge less than 100.00 to do this for you.
