I took out a loan with them and paid it off. all the sudden 3 months later they start debiting my account. I call them and they say i owe money i asked them to prove it and i got no response. Then a few weeks later they start debiting my account with all different amount several time a week until my account was so overdrawn my bank close my account. This was in April 08. I agreed to a settelment to make payments via moneygram which i completed in August. I have a new account now at a different bank and just this past Friday 10.10.08 they withdrew hundreds of dollars from my account. I have not given this account number to anyone and I haven't spoken to them nor have they sent me any letters. My bank says the only way they couldve gotten my account number is thru me but i didnt give it to them. The said i should change my account again but what good will that do if they find me again.
Hi muzikmd!

I have seen a lot of people having similar complaints. You can immediately talk to the officials of Geneva Roth personally and check why they are constantly debiting money from your account. You can also ask for a written explanation from them. If they are not co-operating with you and constantly debiting money, you can change your account and file a complaint with your state attorney general so that legal steps can be taken against them.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hi muzikmd!

I agree with Sussane. You should immediately file a complaint with the State Attorney General. Hope that helps you.

Thanks,

Hi gregory perkins!

In my opinion, you should immediately file a complain with your State Attorney General against the company. Apart from this, you should also speak to the bank authorities and check with them whether they will be able to block the account so that you can withdraw the money but Geneva Roth won't be able to.

Thanks.
