Hi Cfollmer,
Welcome to the forum.
This is what you can expect from Geneva Roth. It is their usual practice of garnishing accounts of people. I know it is very hard to locate them as they continuously change their contact number and address. At first you should inform your bank about their activities and ask them to guard your account. If required, you can take the help of an attorney general who can help you to locate this company and take necessary legal action against them.

Larry, an attorney general cannot help him locate the company. Rather Cfollmer can file a complaint to the State Attorney General and then the latter can take suitable action.
Yes Ryan,
Actually I meant to say that Cfollmer should file a complaint to the State Attorney General only.
