geneva roth

How does a company continue operating? The things they do seem to be illegal. I have just began my fight with Geneva Roth. I don't know what to do as of yet. I guess first step close my account and try to locate them as to terms to pay off the loan. But what I am reading you are never free. And, what is really strange when they asked if I accepted the payday loan I never replied yet received in my account anyways. HELP??? Where do I start??
Hi Renee,

Welcome to the forum.

You are very right that first of all you should close your account as they are taking out $$ from your account. Even then if they continue to harass you, then you should file complaints in the Attorney General's office.

Best of luck.

Hey Renee, it's not that you are never free, pleasze don'ty panic. But it's true several people coming here have informed that geneva roth does harrass them a lot. it's hard to get out of their loans until and unless you shell out huge dollars from your pocket.

Yours is a similar problem i've seen many people going through. Why don't you immediately contact the State Attorney General's office and file a complaint. Let me know where you stay and I can then provide you with the address or if you can complain online then that's even better.

It's better to close the account so that they cannot deposit any more money there.

I got myself in trouble with 9 payday loans. I finally consolidated them through a debt management. He send legal letters to all nine, and the only one who is still debiting my account is Geneva Roth. I had to put a stop payment. They changed their name this time (it was previously GRC funding) so the payment would go through. Can they continue to do this, even after my consolodation compny has sent them cease-and-desist letters?

Hi Janet,

It would be illegal if they debit money from your account after your debt management company had sent them cease-and-desist letter. You can contact the debt management company and check out with them what next steps you need to take.

Thanks.
