We own a deeded time share in hawaii, we would like to return the property back to the corporation that sold it to us, can we use a quit claim to do this? In Hawaii is a grantee signature required?
yes seajack, you can use a quit claim deed in order to transfer the property back to the corporation from whom you purchased the property. you need to contact the local county recorder's office in order to know whether or not you would require a grantee's signature.
