ARE THE 125% OVER EQUITY LOANS COME BACK YET?

I think you can get this type of loan but not sure why do you want to go for "125% OVER EQUITY LOANS". The interest rates and other fees are higher than the traditional loan.

Irwin Home Equity offered these loans before..not sure if they still do or if they're still open.
i doubt they will ever come back
i hope they never come back
