i am intresting buying house in the USA

As mac_7 asked, what is your question AND do you already live in the US?
You've definately picked the right time to buy that for sure. I wouldn't jump into anything quickly if you want to find the right deal. Another thing to consider is that with the housing market being so difficult right now most people are willing to accept less money than what they're asking for.

I agree it's a good time and a good thing to do; a little information goes a long way.
