Hello - I was reading the post and I was just wondering if someone who does not have a credit score of over 680... will there be any exceptions made if their debt is less than $3000 dollars and I have worked at the same job for 13 years now?
Hi BEMA,
With a credit score of 680, you can qualify for a FHA loan. You will have to contact the local FHA lenders for the same.
