Hello All,
Just one question. Our home loan will be using my income as our only income source. I will be taking a job transfer from one facility to another. We are to close on April 30 and I am to begin on May 10. Does the date in which I stop working at the current facility have a role in the approval process. For example I am considering stopping between April 10-15 to prepare for the out of state move. Does this sound like something to hinder our loan process, or should I work as long as possible? Just curious.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Guest,
You are merely getting transferred from one facility to another within the same company, right? You are not going to lose your job, nor is your income going to be affected by this transfer. Thus, it is not going to affect your loan approval process in any way. However, if required, you can ask your employer to provide you with some written document to prove the fact that you are being merely transferred and it has nothing to do with income or job loss.

Thanks, I've already gotten the transfer letter, but I am just paranoid something will happen. Thanks for your reassurance.
As long as you can provide a transfer letter from your employer; you will be fine.
