I have 30 year mortgage 7.50% . I am 25 months into mortgage. They tell me I have balloon payment coming up My price was $69,000 I have a balloon payment at 26 months
You should be able to locate that information in your loan documents. Try looking on the Truth in Lending (TIL) statement. This document shows the terms & other pertinent information for your loan. :)

Look at the NOTE it should tell you the details
You need to refi or sell or pay cash I wouldnt waste time as it sounds like you do not have much
