i would like to know more about the basic information in mortgage
Hello thirdy! Welcome to the forum.
Sorry to say but that question is just a bit too broad to have a simple answer to. Why don't you just check out the link at the top right-hand portion of this site labeled, Mortgage guide. There is a lot of good information there for people like yourself. After reading some of that info if you still have any specific questions just feel free to ask.
good luck!

Hi thirdy_donor.
Welcome to the forum.
I think you want to know the Basics of Mortgage. This is a legal process through which a borrower takes a loan to purchase residential or commercial property. This property is kept as the collateral for the debt. I have to agree with Scott that mortgage is a vast topic. So please take a look at the Moprtgage section. And you can even go through the Basics of Mortgage.
Hope it helps. Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.
Best of luck,
Larry
