I wanna to buy home.I have mortage on this my home.
If i buy my home , my mortage is automatically transferred to byer?

I don't understand how one can buy his own home. You say you want to buy a house and the mortgage on the house is in your name! And you want to transfer the loan to the buyer i.e. to yourself! It's all too confusing, amit. Explain your situation in detail.
