Can you buy a house while married and leave spouse off loan? is my question
Yes, it happens every day. That is a good strategy when your spouse has lower credit scores. It also will keep the mortgage off of your spouse's credit report which would allow him/her to qualify for something else like a car or second home.

You can absoutley do that, as long as your individual income is sufficient to get a loan for buyign the house.
As Eric said, thats one statergy to use accumulate more wealth.
Good luck and feel free to ask.

yes you can do that.
but you can use your wife's credit score as you and refinance to her. so that you may get other loan.
but in today's market condition it is advaisible to foreclose mortgage.

Hello Every body on this forum,
sunil87020, how he/she will use his spouse credit score to get loan i think each person need his individual credit score to get loan indivisibly if his/her spouse is co-signer for loan then it will possible but, how can it possible now can you explain that ?
sandovalgn, as Eric says this is the good idea, while your spouse have lower credit scores, it also will keep the mortgage off of your spouse's credit report which would allow him/her to qualify for new loan like car loan or new mortgage.
Thank you so much,
Daniel Corral. :D
