Gave buyer Cancellation of Contract after Notice to buyer to Perform -how long does buyer have to return form back signed to Seller. Buyer's agent stated 3 days, is that right?

As far as I know, the buyer has to return the contract within 3 days. However, if you've mentioned a particular time period to return the deed in the contract, then that time period will be taken into consideration.
