Possibility of losing my job within 30 days. If this happens, I will need cash to pay my bills and mortgage. Is a cash out mortgage an option and if so, is it the best option?
cash out option is there for you,
you can also sign up for a program like aflac that could help you float your bills until you get another job.

I really need to learn more about AFLAC. That duck has me hypnotized during the commercials and I never seem to understand what they are really selling.

Welcome pearlfan,
You can get cash out loan now but if the lender comes to know that you would be losing your job with 30 days, he may not be ready to approve the loan. As far as AFLAC is concerned, well, I don't know much about it. I hope if Elnora could explain it a little bit and help me understand it.
