Does this still exist through FHA? I am hearing mixed answers to this question.

As far as I know, FHA does allow non-resident co-borrowers on home loans. It is not necessary for the co-borrower to occupy the property. However, a primary borrower must use the property as his or her primary residence in order to qualify for an FHA loan.

This condition is applicable for Primary borroer only. he has to make house his primary resident
