if i pay the whole amount of the loan could i take the co borrow off
Hi Guest,
"if i pay the whole amount of the loan could i take the co-borrow off"
Do you mean to say you want to pay off the entire amount of the loan? If you do so, you can definitely take your co-borrower's name off the loan. In fact, in such a case there will be no requirement for a co-borrower because the loan would be paid off in full and both you and your co-borrower would be released from the financial obligation.

Do you mean you're the only one making the monthly payments? Or are you going to pay the mortgage off completely?
