how do get a mortage with a lein on your name an cc in collections with partner.why I ask because I enter a partership on mortage thier credit scores my income both want out . so is it explain to me it impossible I can`t get one fico way to low thank you.

Welcome to the forum.
If your FICO score is low and income is also not so good then also you can get approved for a mortgage but you may have to pay higher interest rates. You can go for FHA loans. These are not score driven programs.

How much of a home are you looking to buy?
What are your credit scores?
Do you have judgement and liens or is it just collections accoutns and for how much?
How much income can you document your making?
That information would be a good start.
