Can i qualify for a conventional loan with a middle score of 751? My debt and other finances are in really good standings as long as my job i have worked here for 11 years.
Hi MaryGomes, Yes a 751 is good enough for a conventional loan. Everything else sounds good too.

Yes, a 751 credit score is very good for a conventional loan. With a credit score over 740 you are eligible for the best interest rates. These days, once a credit score drops below 740, the Agencies--Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have added--just in the past two years--loan level proce adjustments---fancy words to say your rate gets higher and higher the lower you go below a 740 credit score.

George, I need to talk to Sam and find out how we can delete entire threads without having to individually delete each post until the thread is gone.

Any idea how to do this because this thread would certainly qualify.

i went down that road one time, eric. if memory serves me, the main thrust is that an original poster might ask a question that is on someone else's mind, so response(s) might well be worthwhile. i know - we've seen what responses end up as, but i get the thought.

i'm trying my best not to resort to eliminating some of the posts, but the most ludicrous just leap out at us. it's a good test for us to have - patience.

My fear is that a few ridiculous threads may de-value the site itself. There is the potential that people could get turned off by the site if they see some nonsense or third grade material posted here.

Now, for a dose of additional reality. All posts and threads regardless of their ligitimacy is "web content" which helps traffic. This also improves site ranking and ultimately results in revenue. So....I guess we will not be deleting too many threads.

well put...i am also of the mind that the more off-the-wall posts will be discouraging to those who genuinely desire information that is relevant. you're being kind, eric, in describing what might pass for pre-pre-k as third grade material.

i hadn't thought of the site traffic and ranking and the ultimate revenue stream. i'm glad you brought it up. thanks.
