WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT MY NAME IS NOT ON THE DEED BUT IT IS ON THE DEED OF TRUST?
Hi r.molina,
If your name is not on the deed, it means you are not on the title and have no right to the property. However, if you are on the deed of trust, it suggests you are included in the loan. Thus, It implies that you are responsible for the loan payments without having the title to the property in your name.
