I was told if everything goes through ok my escrow on my house will close in 30 days? Is this true? thanks
Hi santosm, Yes that is true a typical escrow does close between 30-45 days if everything goes smooth.
a turnaround of 30 days is not unreasonable. however, each loan is different, each borrower is different, and depending on the specifics of your situation, you may be right on target; then again, you may not be. to be fair to all in the business, i think 45 days is a more reasonable number to count on.
