i received a escrow check i am one mo in rear on my morage payment why did i get this ck i will mail it back then what happens
If there is an extra money in your escrow account, the lender will send it back to you at the year end. You can cash in that check and use that money to clear your mortgage dues.
don't mail it back - cash it and use it in your attempt to catch back up on your regular payments.
